Director of Mentoring

The Director of Mentoring will operate as the Lead Mentor for The Lady General Program graduates. The Director of Mentoring should identify hindrances to their Mentee’s overall prosperity, promote regular goal-setting, and deliver pertinent, hands-on support.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing company norms, processes, and goals to maintain your knowledge thereof.

• Detecting opportunities for meaningful collaboration with Mentee.

• Relaying our company’s interests and working to further these through collaborative efforts.

• Discussing and implementing actions that expand The Lady General’s goals.

• Perceiving and working to remedy concerns surrounding collaborations.

• Devising appropriate frameworks to derive maximum benefit from all partnerships.

• Discerning and addressing Mentee’s difficulties.

• Steering frequent goal-setting exercises.

• Establishing and bolstering your Mentee’s social support structures.

• Deterring your Mentee from partaking in illicit endeavors.

• Providing emotional and practical relief.

• Submitting periodic Mentorship reports.
