GIT Pathways (Generals In Training)

GIT Pathways seeks to equip young girls, ages 9 to 17, with the tools that will empower them to make leadership decisions that positively impact their lives and the lives of others.

This program incorporates virtual and in-person sessions led by TLG leadership utilizing a military-style curriculum and components of TLG Blueprints and Toolboxes program.

These sessions are designed to develop the students’ leadership skills while sharpening their strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Throughout the course of the school year, students will participate in four GIT Pathways sessions and complete an end-of-year project showcasing the skills learned.
