4. Payments & Subscriptions

7. Limitation of Liability

CloseEstate AI is not responsible for:

Your lead conversion rates or real estate performanceTechnical issues beyond our controlMisuse or improper setup of workflows by the user

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for:

Violation of these TermsAbuse of the systemFailure to pay
