LOCATION:

Vendors will be assigned spaces in downtown Crystal Springs on Marion Ave., Raymond Street, and Georgetown Street. Food vendors are located on W. Railroad Ave.

Please read the following information, because we have changed several things for the 2026 Tomato Festival.

ELECTRICITY:

The following booth numbers will NOT have electricity available:

W. Georgetown Street - #33-#49M

W. Marion Avenue - #130-#110A

YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE RESIDENTAL ELECTRICITY OR RUN EXTENSION CORDS ACROSS THE STREET.

Booths with electricity will be assigned in the order they are received, each space is limited to ONE outlet per vendor.

TRASH:

Please keep your area clean. We had several

vendor spots last year that left a lot of trash at their booth.

TAX INFORMATION:

Tax Packets will be delivered to you starting at 9:30 A.M. It is your responsibility to return your packet to the “Chamber Information Tent”, located in front of the Gazebo, at the end of the festival. We will not come around to pick it up.

VENDOR INFORMATION:

Fees and Displays: Each exhibitor is responsible for their own canopy, chairs, tables, extension cords, etc.

Food vendors and the Farmers

Market are located on W. Railroad Ave.

PRICES:

Flea Market - $75 + $10 for electricity

Games - $135 + $10 for electricity

Food - $275 – includes electricity
