Terms & Conditions
By using the Sales Boss website, platform, or messaging services, you agree to the following Terms.
1. Month-to-Month Service
Sales Boss operates on a month-to-month service model.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
Service continues through the notice period and must be paid in full.
2. Payment Terms
All monthly fees are due upfront.
Any additional service bundles must be prepaid.
All payments are non-refundable.
3. Intellectual Property
All workflows, automations, scripts, templates, and processes remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sales Boss, LLC.
They may not be:
Copied
Shared
Resold
Reused outside of an active service agreement
4. Data Ownership & Privacy
Client owns all data stored within the Sales Boss system.
Sales Boss will never sell, share, or use client data outside of delivering contracted services.
5. Data Return
Upon termination:
A CSV export is provided after the 30-day notice period
And only after all outstanding balances are paid in full
6. No Guarantees
Sales Boss does not guarantee:
Sales results
Revenue increases
Lead conversions
Business outcomes
Performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client within the most recent 30 days of service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, unless otherwise specified by the operating entity.

By submitting your phone number or email through any Sales Boss form, you expressly consent to receive communications from us.
