Zahra (they/she)—a graduate of the massage therapy program at Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in NYC— is a licensed massage therapist who integrates deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai massage, stretching, and reflexology techniques into sessions with clients.

Zahra's journey to becoming a massage therapist began after years of working a sedentary job. They turned to farming as a way to reconnect with their body and the earth. Through farming, Zahra learned about body mechanics and the importance of recovery after heavy lifting and constant movement. This experience helped to develop a deeper awareness of their own body and the bodies of others.

Zahra is committed to providing their clients with a safe and supportive environment, is always open to learning new techniques and approaches, and is passionate about helping their clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
