Do you specialize in a certain kind of medical practice?
Generally, no. Our model can work in a variety of medical practices. However, we tend to partner with a large number of orthopedic, spine, pain management, and regenerative medicine practices.
Why do we need someone like you?
Our experience is that most medical practices have a lot of ideas of how to improve their businesses. The challenge is that both the doctor and the staff are spread too thin, and implementing these business improvements requires a lot of entrepreneurial thought and time. We bring these solutions, not just talking about them... but doing them!
How are you different than other consultants or MSOs?
We are more entrepreneurial versus corporate. Our performance-based models mean we only get paid when your practice starts to benefit. It means we are efficient and focus on smart priorities. Other models do not require speed, our does... and we deliver.
Do you work in a certain geography?
We work with doctors throughout the country. We have local partners onsite in many areas, and if we do not have a partner in a local area to service a specific client, we find one!
Do you help us with vendors and implementing other solutions?
We do, but we are not salespeople or compensated by specific companies. In other words, we do not mandate solutions. We do provide referrals and will help you find alternate solutions, but you are always in control.
