What areas do you serve?

We offer virtual notary services that can accommodate clients nationwide. Through Remote Online Notarization (RON), we can serve you from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

How do I know my documents are secure?

We use industry-standard encryption and secure platforms for all virtual signings. Additionally, I am bonded and carry E&O insurance for your protection. All documents are handled with strict confidentiality.

Scheduling & Process

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule through our online booking system, call us directly, or send an email. We'll confirm your appointment and send you all the necessary preparation instructions.

What do I need for a virtual signing?

You'll need a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, a valid government-issued photo ID, and a quiet, well-lit location for the signing.

How long does a typical signing take?

Most signings take between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the complexity and number of documents. We'll give you an estimate when you book.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

Documents & Requirements

What types of ID do you accept?

We accept valid, unexpired government-issued photo IDs such as driver's licenses, state ID cards, passports, and military IDs. The name on your ID must match the documents being signed.

Can I upload documents ahead of time?

Yes, we encourage uploading documents in advance when possible. This allows us to review the package and ensure a smooth signing experience.

What if there are errors in my documents?

If we discover errors during the signing, we'll contact the issuing party to resolve them. Minor corrections may be possible, but significant errors typically require new documents.

Payment & Pricing

When is payment due?

Payment is typically due at the time of booking or upon completion of the signing. We accept major credit cards and other common payment methods.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. All fees are disclosed upfront. Additional charges only apply for specific add-on services that you request.

Do you offer refunds?

If a signing cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control, we offer full refunds. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations.
