I am Triambika Ma Vive—guide, teacher, and creator of the Temple Somatics® Approach, a living path devoted to emotional release, somatic integration, and the sacred power of Eros.
For more than three decades, I have devoted myself to Tantra, somatic healing, and spiritual awakening. My path has taken me from ashrams in India to jungle ceremonies in South America to teaching worldwide. Each step has deepened my ability to hold space for what's raw, real, and ready to move.

The Heart of My Work
My gift lies in creating spaces where the body feels safe enough to soften. Emotions long held in silence find their voice. The nervous system settles. Life force begins to flow again.
I walk beside those who are ready to meet themselves more deeply—to release what's been carried too long and reclaim their voice, their power, their truth.
A Life of Initiations
My life has been marked by initiations both fierce and tender. Raised with a strict religious upbringing, I wrestled with the shame and fear I was taught around sexuality. Later, I navigated disempowered relationships and the shadows of the sex industry.
Through those experiences, I came to see a larger truth: the pain I carried was not mine alone. It was part of a collective wound around sexuality. This realization became my devotion—restoring the sacredness of Eros as a source of joy, power, and belonging.
Today
My focus now is Temple Somatics®—a practitioner path and a sanctuary for those seeking to come home to their bodies. Here, trauma-informed somatic release, sacred intimacy, and spiritual presence weave together.
The people who come to me are ready. They are drawn by something deeper than quick solutions. They come willing to meet themselves fully body and soul.
