Our vacation rental cleaning process is designed to keep your property guest-ready while maintaining consistent quality and operational efficiency. The following guidelines explain how scheduling and service prioritization work.
In the event that a scheduled departure cleaning is upgraded or converted to a deep cleaning service, the appointment may be rescheduled to the following day to allow sufficient time for proper preparation and completion. Deep cleaning services will begin early in the morning on the rescheduled date to ensure the highest quality standards.
Same-day turnover appointments (back-to-back bookings) are always prioritized. If scheduling adjustments are necessary, standard departure cleanings may be moved to the following day as long as there is no guest arrival scheduled for the next day.
All standard departure cleanings for vacation rental properties are completed within twenty-four (24) hours of guest checkout, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This scheduling policy allows us to maintain operational efficiency while ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and guest satisfaction for every property we service.
Same-Day Target
Approximately 90% of departures are cleaned on the same calendar day that the guest checks out.
24-Hour Service Window
During peak holiday periods or rare staffing shortages, a cleaning may shift to the first available slot the next morning, but it will always be completed within 24 hours of departure.
Service Priority
Back-to-back bookings (when the next guest check-in occurs within 0–24 hours) receive top priority.
If the next guest arrival is 48 hours or more away, the cleaning may be scheduled later to help optimize service routes and scheduling efficiency.
Guests Must Depart
Cleaners cannot begin until all guests and their belongings have fully vacated the property.
If guests are still present, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and the Appointment Cancellation Fee ($3) may apply.
Early Check-In / Late Checkout
Please confirm with us in advance if early check-in or late checkout is requested so we can verify availability without disrupting other scheduled cleanings.
