Before founding AI Educational Solutions, Michael spent 11 years working in higher education institutions across the United States (Southern Utah University, Pensacola State College, University of California, Santa Cruz, and Midlands Technical College), South Korea (Solbridge International School of Business (AACSB)), and Qatar (Al Rayyan International University College), designing undergraduate and graduate business and hospitality curriculum in Operations Management, Sales, Hotel Operations, Travel and Tourism, Statistics, Business Communications, and Career Development. He has trained over 700+ business owners, students, faculty, and staff in using AI. Michael has presented at conferences where the measure of success was not applause but whether the person in the back row actually walked away with something they could use.

That background is the reason AI Educational Solutions exists. When AI started moving fast enough to matter for small businesses, Michael saw the same gap he had spent his career closing: the tools were there, but the translation was missing.
