FYG Ministry welcomes individuals who have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a demonstrated commitment to living a life rooted in prayer, obedience, and biblical truth. Speakers may be pastors, ministry leaders, intercessors, or believers who feel led to share a message, testimony, or teaching aligned with our mission. While formal ministry credentials are not required, all speakers must be spiritually mature, teachable, and willing to serve under the covering and guidance of FYG Ministry leadership.

We seek messages that are Christ-centered, Scripture-rooted, and led by the Holy Spirit. Topics may include prayer, intercession, obedience, repentance, healing, spiritual growth, identity in Christ, and living a life that glorifies God. All messages should align with our Statement of Faith and avoid personal agendas, divisive doctrine, or self-promotion. Our goal is always to edify the body, point listeners back to Christ, and create space for God to move.

Speaking opportunities with FYG Ministry may include teaching, testimony, prayer, or a combination of these, depending on the gathering. Speakers will be informed in advance of the format and expectations for each event. Regardless of the role, all speakers are asked to remain sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit and flexible to adjust as needed during the gathering. We value order, discernment, and unity in all that takes place.

Speakers are expected to prepare prayerfully, steward their assigned time wisely, and serve with humility and integrity. This includes arriving on time, communicating clearly with ministry leadership, and honoring the spiritual covering of FYG Ministry. Speakers should refrain from promoting personal businesses, ministries, or fundraising efforts unless prior approval is given. While serving, speakers represent FYG Ministry and are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects Christ in word, action, and spirit.

At this time, speaking engagements with FYG Ministry are primarily volunteer-based and considered an act of service unto the Lord. While we honor the value of preparation and obedience, we do not guarantee financial compensation. Any offerings, honorariums, or travel considerations will be discussed in advance on a case-by-case basis. Our heart is to steward resources wisely while remaining faithful to the call God has placed on the ministry.
