We’re looking for a Studio Operations & Project Manager to be the organisational heartbeat of Loveday Social - keeping projects on track, clients supported, and the studio running smoothly day to day. You’ll manage inboxes, timelines, shoot coordination, while bringing calm, structure and problem-solving magic to our creative world. Salary: £28,000-£30,000 Full Time Equivalent, depending on experience (£16,800-£18,000 actual salary for 22.5hrs/week). With opportunity to increase to £33,000–£35,000 within 12 months based on performance, role ownership and contribution to streamlining systems and operations.

Location: This is an in-house role at our creative studio in Pokesdown, Bournemouth.

Hours: This role is 4 days per week (approx. 22.5 hours), worked flexibly.

This means you’ll check in daily (Mon–Thurs), but won’t be working full days - perfect for anyone managing family commitments or looking for a role with both consistency and balance.
