Project Scope & Modifications

  • Additional work or changes may require extra fees or extended timelines.

  • Services and pricing may be updated with prior notice.

Payments & Custom Projects

  • All custom projects require a deposit.

  • Remaining balance is due within 30 days (Net 30) unless stated otherwise.

  • No refunds on custom or time-based work.

  • Cancelled projects will be billed for completed work or phases.

Termination Policy

  • ScholarEdge reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, misuse, or breach of terms.

  • Clients may terminate services at any time with written notice and payment for completed work.
