Reiki is a Japanese form of healing that reduces stress, promotes relaxation, aligns chakras (energy fields around the body), and heals from emotional and physical pain. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or sometimes even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Improving the flow of energy in and around the body can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing and reduce other symptoms of illness. With the blessing of reiki I am able to remove harmful energies that may throw your chakras and aura off balance. By channeling reiki energy through me I am able to assist the client in their healing process by alleviating any energetic blocks and removing stagnant energies.
