1. Because we are mobile service, to guarantee an appointment for a class, we require registration and payment prior to the class date. Payment must be received 24 hours before class.

2. We will work with you to reschedule if you call 24 hour prior to class. The first reschedule is at no charge, second reschedule will incur a $15.00 fee. Course fees are nonrefundable.

3. All classes will begin promptly, please allow us to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to course start time to set up.

4. No Show. No Call. No Refund.

5. Must be at least 11 years old to take classes. All minors must be accompanied by an adult and the parent must sign a release of liability form before the start of class.

6. No Refund will be given for online courses.

7. Replacement cards are available for a $15.00 fee.

8. Anna's Mobile CPR & First Aid Training reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to weather conditions. Please contact us to inquire on the status of your class.

9. We do not offer refunds. Anna's Mobile CPR & First Aid Training does not issue refunds if you cancel without a 24 hour notice or do not attend a class. In this case you forfeit your payment. We reserve the right to make any changes to the policy in a case by case basis. If we determine at any time that a refund will be issued a $5.00 fee will be charged for administrative time and credit card fee. All sales are Final!

10. Anna's Mobile CPR & First Aid Training reserve the right to refuse service.
