Dr. Chett Mallett is the founder of LeGrand Wellness and a Doctor of Chiropractic with over 30 years of clinical experience, who has transformed the practice into a hub for innovative, whole-body healing. His approach is rooted in identifying the underlying causes of pain, inflammation, and dysfunction—rather than simply addressing symptoms—and restoring balance so the body can function as intended. For more than 25 years, Dr. Mallett has worked in the functional medicine space, integrating advanced nutrition strategies, comprehensive blood work, and genetic testing alongside traditional chiropractic care treating back pain, neck pain sciatica, migraines, and personal injuries This combined approach allows for a level of precision and personalization that supports both joint function and overall metabolic and cellular health. Dr. Chris Salah

Dr. Chris Salah's passion for acupuncture and Oriental medicine started when he was just 20 years old. He knew that the standard medical model of handing out pills that usually just made patients feel better, but rarely addressed the cause of illness, was not what medicine was meant to be. At an early age, he discovered Oriental medicine, which, unlike other therapies, was a full system that allowed him to take care of patients naturally with no pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Salah’s career has made him unique in being able to better take care of you. From working alongside Orthopedic surgeons treating pain-related conditions, to the Pasadena Recovery center helping patients with their addictions, to many years of teaching Oriental Medicine, private practice, and lastly writing his book focusing on how not to get sick, Dr. Salah can make a difference in your health and your life.

Mark Figueroa

Mark Figueroa, LMT is a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist and healthcare provider specializing in integrative therapeutic bodywork that supports structural alignment, recovery, and nervous system regulation.

Working within a holistic and chiropractic-centered environment, Mark focuses on evidence-informed techniques that complement corrective care and overall wellness goals. His sessions may incorporate Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, assisted stretching, mobility work, and lymphatic drainage to support circulation, reduce inflammation, relieve muscular tension, and enhance recovery.

With a professional background as a dancer, choreographer, and recording artist, Mark brings a unique understanding of biomechanics, performance stress, and addressing postural imbalances, TMJ tension, hip and neck dysfunction, and stress-related holding patterns.

Mark’s philosophy is rooted in the integration of mental health and physical wellness. His goal is to help clients move more efficiently, regulate their nervous systems, and leave feeling restored, aligned, and empowered in their bodies.
