1.1 Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or accessing Courier CommandPRO™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
1.2 What Courier CommandPRO™ Provides
Courier CommandPRO™ is a structured business operating system that includes:
● Documented workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
● Operational frameworks
● Automation structures
● Business process guidance
1.3 What Courier CommandPRO™ Does Not Provide
Courier CommandPRO™ does not include:
● Dispatch services
● Business management
● Done-for-you implementation (unless purchased separately)
● Employment or staffing
● Guaranteed results or income You are solely responsible for your business operations and outcomes.
1.4 Access Types
Pilot Access (7-Day Activation Window)
● Time-limited evaluation access
● Must be activated within 7 days of purchase
● Automatically expires upon conclusion of the evaluation period
● Does not include full system deployment to Operator Access
● Full internal business use
● Non-transferable
● Does not include resale or client deployment rights
Licensed Operator Access
● Includes commercial deployment rights
● Requires approval and execution of a separate Licensed Operator Agreement
● Subject to revocation if misused
1.5 Payment Terms
● Payments may be one-time or recurring as specified at purchase
● All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable
● Processed securely via third-party payment providers
● Failure to complete payment may result in access denial or revocation
1.6 Intellectual Property

Upon approval and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

You may:
● Deliver implementation services using the system
● Deploy workflows and SOPs to client organizations

4.3 Prohibited Use
You may not:
● Resell or redistribute system materials as standalone products

● Transfer or sublicense your Licensed Operator status

4.4 Branding & White-Label

● Automatically renews unless canceled
● Failure to maintain payment results in immediate suspension of rights
