With the memory of shedding a life-changing 75 pounds in my heart and mind, I chose passion over paychecks in February 2019 when I ended a 26-year sports journalism career to help busy professionals take control of their health and fitness to thrive in their demanding lives.
I am unique as a health and fitness coach in many ways, but what stands out most is my own health and fitness journey. More than a decade ago, I found myself inching toward 250 pounds. To be the best version of myself, personally and professionally, and to be the best husband to my wife, Shelly, and sons Anthony, Nicholas and Zachary, I first had to make serious changes in my life.
I know the winding road to successful health and fitness because I personally have traveled it. My journey continues, because quality of life is a lifestyle we live every day.
