All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and specific project requirements.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our roofing services. Estimates are based on our assessment of the work required and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the project. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available for qualified customers.

5. Warranties

Perfect Choice Roofing provides workmanship warranties on all completed projects. The duration and terms of the warranty will be specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

6. Licensing and Insurance

Perfect Choice Roofing is fully licensed (License #CCC1331221) and insured in the State of Florida. We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their property and roofing needs
• Ensuring safe access to the work area
• Removing or securing personal property near the work area
• Obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals (unless otherwise agreed)
• Making timely payments as specified in the service agreement

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Choice Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Florida law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
