Built for Australian Conditions

Our gutter guard mesh is made from durable aluminium or steel, with a high-quality powder-coated finish using AkzoNobel’s advanced Interpon D1010 for long-term colour retention and an expected lifespan of up to 20 years. These materials are purpose-built for Australian conditions, meaning they won’t warp or corrode under harsh UV, heavy rain, or salty coastal air. All mesh and fittings are manufactured here in Australia to ensure consistent quality and strength.

We offer two mesh aperture options to suit the debris around your home:
4 mm diamond-profile aluminium mesh: ideal for blocking larger leaves (gum, eucalyptus debris, and palm fronds) while maximising water flow.
2 mm woven aluminium mesh: designed for fine particles like pine needles or jacaranda blossoms.

Both meshes are CSIRO-certified with a flammability index of 0 and can withstand temperatures up to 660 °C — effectively acting as a certified ember-guard mesh for bushfire protection. They meet all bushfire safety standards (BAL 12.5 through BAL-FZ), so even in high-risk areas you can have peace of mind. Not sure which mesh size is best? See our 2 mm vs 4 mm Aluminium Mesh Guide for a full comparison.

To complete the system, we use premium fittings that are just as robust as our mesh. Each corrugated-roof install includes 1-metre metal gutter trims and custom-pressed saddles that perfectly match the profile of corrugated iron roofing. The trims are made from 0.55 mm BlueScope steel with a slim 8 mm × 17 mm profile, designed for a neat, low-profile finish. We then fasten everything using 8-18 × 15 mm self-drilling hex screws (Class 3 galvanised) with heads powder-coated to match your Colorbond® roof and gutters. All components are corrosion-resistant and colour-matched for a seamless, professional look.

This high-quality materials approach ensures your gutter guard will last for many years without issues — unlike the flimsy plastic covers or DIY products that often fail.

Expert Gutter Guard Installation for Corrugated Roofs

Our team specialises in corrugated roof gutter guard installations using a proven “ski-slope” saddle system designed for Colorbond® and steel roofs. This installation method creates a seamless, watertight seal between the roof and gutter edge — protecting your home from leaves, debris, and overflow while preserving your roof’s appearance.

The Four Key Components in Every Installation

1. Mesh
We use Australian-made aluminium or steel gutter guard mesh, built for strength and long-term durability. Available in 2 mm woven or 4 mm diamond-profile designs, each mesh is coated with AkzoNobel’s Interpon D1010 powder coating for superior UV and corrosion resistance. Both mesh types are bushfire compliant (BAL 12.5–FZ) and CSIRO-certified with a flammability index of 0.

2. Trims
Each trim is a 1-metre long metal piece made from 0.55 mm BlueScope steel with a slim 8 mm × 17 mm profile. These trims are Colorbond®-matched to your roof and gutters for a clean, professional finish, and are used to secure the mesh firmly to the gutter edge. Their rigid shape provides an exact fit, ensuring a smooth finish and long-lasting corrosion protection.

3. Saddles

Our precision-pressed steel saddles are shaped to perfectly match the corrugation profile of your roof. They maintain tight mesh tension across the surface, preventing lifting and keeping your gutter guard stable even in strong winds and heavy rain.

4. Screws

We use 8-18 × 15 mm self-drilling hex screws (Class 3 galvanised), with powder-coated heads that match your Colorbond® colour scheme. These fixings create a durable, watertight connection that holds every component firmly in place without damaging roof sheets.

This high-quality system ensures a clean, low-profile fit that blends into your roofline — and it’s all backed by our 15-year product warranty and 20-year workmanship guarantee for total peace of mind.

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the mesh follow corrugations without ponding?

Yes. We tension the 2 mm metal mesh to a “ski-slope” profile so water sheds across corrugations without pooling. Crest-fixed saddles maintain clearance and flow. See our Gallery.

How do you achieve a sealed, gap-free install?

Colour-matched trims, saddles and screws (via Gutter Guard Warehouse) are set so no opening exceeds 2 mm at edges, corners and joins.

Does 2 mm mesh restrict heavy-rain flow?

No. The profile and fall direct water into the gutter while the 2 mm aperture blocks embers and fine debris. Learn more: 2 mm vs 4 mm.

What fasteners and coatings do you use?

Powder-coated, Colorbond® colour-matched hardware to minimise galvanic reaction and ensure durability. Components supplied via Gutter Guard Warehouse.

What maintenance is required?

Light seasonal brushing after leaf-drop or storms. See Maintenance & Care.

How long does installation take?

Typically completed in a day, roof complexity depending. Get a Quote
