All Star Solutions provides tax preparation, tax filing assistance, audit support (when applicable), and

related tax and financial services. Services are based on information supplied by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, submit required documents promptly,

review tax returns prior to submission, and notify us of changes or errors.

3. No Guarantee of Refunds or Outcomes

We do not guarantee refund amounts, processing timelines, or approval of tax credits. All outcomes are

determined by tax authorities.

4. SMS & Electronic Communications

By submitting forms or providing contact information, you consent to receive SMS messages, emails,

and phone calls related to your services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

5. Payments & Fees

Fees must be paid as agreed. All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered. Additional fees

may apply for amended returns or added services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for penalties

caused by inaccurate client information or third-party delays.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with IRS and federal regulations.

8. Governing Law

Mobile Opt-in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
