The level of confidence the academy has given me is immense. I met a guy on the plane that is 68 and is worried about taxes. He gave me the canned response of "I got a guy". CFT Academy (Certified Field Training) is the next level after Ambassador Academy. It’s a 2-day in-person training focused on production, recruiting, and building a team.
How long does the training take?
Each academy is a 2-day, in-person training experience where you’ll learn directly from experienced leaders.
Will I get support after the training?
Yes. You’ll have access to systems, mentorship, and leadership support to help you apply what you learn and continue growing.
