After graduating from the University of Western Ontario, I hit the ground running—owning, managing, and renovating student housing while working in our family's hospitality business, which included a hotel, restaurant, bar, and apartment rentals. This foundation led me into property management and private finance, where I leveraged my financial acumen to acquire and renovate homes and small rental buildings before expanding into consulting on multi-residential apartment acquisitions and financing.

Today, with over 30 years of diverse experience spanning general contracting, property management, private lending, and hospitality, I bring comprehensive expertise across multiple industries and markets. Armed with my Level 2 Mortgage Agent certification, I'm advancing my real estate career with a clear differentiator: my direct, transparent approach.
