Airfares

International airfares (to and from the destination) are not included in the package cost. Travellers are required to arrange these independently. If you would like Mindfulness Yatra to arrange your international flights, please email us with your request. All airfares are subject to flight availability at the time of request. Airfares will be booked and ticketed upon receipt of the full deposit.

Airline schedules are subject to change without notice. Once tickets are issued, fees may apply for name changes, date changes, or flight cancellations. Some airfares may be non-refundable if you cancel. Mindfulness Yatra is not liable for any flight delays, disruptions, or schedule changes.

Local airfares if included are mentioned in the cost inclusion section of the itiernary. These fares are also subject to change, and airlines schedules may change.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers are included on the first and last day of the holiday, at the port of arrival and departure. No refund will be provided for unused transfers.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in your package. Mindfulness Yatra strongly encourages you to obtain travel insurance, including medical coverage and emergency medical evacuation, prior to departing your home country.

Force Majeure and Trip Cancellation by Mindfulness Yatra

Mindfulness Yatra reserves the right to cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural calamities, disease outbreaks, war, or political disturbances. This decision will be made with your safety in mind. In some cases, there may be no refund. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you obtain travel insurance to protect yourself against such risks.

Personal Belongings

Mindfulness Yatra is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during travel. Please ensure your travel insurance covers personal items.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests—such as room preferences, bed type, or dietary needs—you must advise us at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that it will be met.

For special dietary needs, please ensure you check with the server, hotel, or restaurant before every meal to confirm your requirements have been accommodated.

Festivals and Public Holidays

Many countries in Asia observe festivals and public holidays that may be announced at short notice. This may require minor adjustments to the original trip schedule.

Travel Documents

You will receive an invoice along with necessary travel information after you book the trip.

Surcharge for Card Payment

A surcharge of 3% applies to payments made by card. This will be added to the tour package cost.

Third Party Liability

Our packages include services provided by third parties such as hotels, restaurants, guides, transport providers, and airlines, who operate independently of Mindfulness Yatra. As a result, Mindfulness Yatra is not responsible for their conduct or services, although we make every effort to ensure high-quality experiences.
