Hi, I go by the name Jessica Roter, though most people just call me "Jessica."
As a keynote speaker, writer, podcast presenter, expert coach and educator, along with being the CEO and founder of various successful million-dollar businesses, I assist more than 20,000 clients every year in unlocking their potential and courageously moving toward their greatest life and career goals. I have guided thousands of coaches, ranging from novices to experts, as well as people coaching themselves, on a journey of self-transformation and achieving greatness in domains like Personal Development, Entrepreneurship, Spirituality, and Wellness.
As someone with first-generation immigrant roots, I find great inspiration in producing life-changing experiences for people worldwide, encompassing locations from India and Malaysia to Los Angeles and Austin, where I make my home with my wonderful spouse and our two children.
The journey of coaching has significantly enriched my life, constantly evolving who I am and enhancing my personal growth daily.
To me, coaching transcends a mere career; it is a transformative experience capable of altering lives irrespective of someone's background. This conviction fuels my dedication to broadening the reach of coaching, driven by a desire to instruct millions in deliberately forging their identities through the profound influence of coaching.
