Primary Duties

Minimum of 3 years of programming experience in any of the following: Solidity, Solana, Web3.js, Ethereum+ ethers.js, DEFI, NFT

At least 5 years of experience using any of the following: Python, Rust, Node.js

Strong advantage if you have experience with system architecture

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for office maintenance & management: Ensuring workplace safety standards are upheld, managing supplies in the kitchen and office, maintaining a professional workspace appearance, and handling general administrative tasks like document filing, mail, and shipping requests.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external office visitors, managing communication and distributing/collecting keys. Lead facilities management, which includes organizing repairs, assembling items, and maintaining order.

Collaborate with third-party vendors as needed, coordinating with cleaners, service providers, and facility managers.

Provide systems support & administration: Assist with platform setups and roll-outs, manage user onboarding and offboarding, and regularly monitor and update user account roles and permissions.

Work in partnership with the Data Analytics Lead to ensure optimal system efficiency.

Handle employee equipment management, including ordering, shipping, inventory management, and agreements.

Collaborate with the Engagement Specialist on internal team-bonding initiatives to foster a positive and connected work environment.

Assist the internal team with event planning and maintain stock of promotional materials.

Lead and develop plans for office improvement initiatives, encouraging creativity and innovative ideas to maintain a vibrant and professional work environment in Toronto’s office.

Explore and evaluate new digital marketing channels to identify strong-performing opportunities for our target audiences, customizing content, messaging, formats, and promotion tactics for maximum impact.

Optimize the paid marketing budget for maximum return on investment, providing real-time reporting on performance metrics.

Cultivate a data-driven performance culture, continuously testing and optimizing banners, taglines, formats, landing pages, and channel mix, incorporating successful retargeting strategies based on data insights.

Expand and enhance the contact and lead database, laying the foundation for personalized, targeted outreach through profiling, segmentation, and advanced data models.

Implement and align effective nurture- and email-marketing strategies, ensuring growing opt-ins and high open and click rates for all email communications across the company.

Build and manage a cutting-edge Martech stack, including CRM and email marketing system (HubSpot), implementing a new web page infrastructure and toolset, integrating 3rd party platform solutions, and employing digital analytics tools.

Formulate a strategy for a cookieless future, assessing the potential use of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to optimize marketing efforts.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain internal high standards regarding the storage and usage of user data in all digital marketing endeavors.

Qualifications & Expectations:

Minimum of 10 years of work experience in digital marketing for diverse geographies and audiences, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology business. At least 5 years in international people leadership roles, including managing remote team members.

Demonstrated experience and a successful track record of driving the entire spectrum of digital marketing, including web, performance, email/nurture, and martech stack.

Proven track record of optimizing paid marketing efforts, driving organic growth, and achieving measurable outcomes that impact business performance.

Ability to create frictionless custom journeys for enhanced user experiences.

Experience in relaunching complex webpages from the ground up and migrating web pages to new CMS platforms.

Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of all key performance indicators (KPIs).

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, and dynamic work environment.

Experience in working with digital products, software, and/or technology.

Ability to effectively synthesize a large volume of technical and complex information and distill it into effective, approachable communication.

Proven track record of collaboration and successful cross-functional work with designers, marketers, and business development teams.
