Chris Long-

CEO -

Founder

As the chief executive officer, Chris's responsibilities are to oversee the business development, team building, strategic growth, capital raising and ensuring long

term growth objections are achieved.

Chris founded Longyards with a need for

his Construction business, being in the

trades since the young age of 14, and also being in sales since a young age. Chris capitalized on the opportunity and need for this business niche, by bootstrapping the

first location having the vision to build Longyards out internationally.

Chris is also a dad of three daughters

residing in Tampa Florida with his wife

Elodie.

Elodie Long

Chief operations officer

As chief operations officer, Elodie focuses on the

systems,management, marketing, and all systems required for

growth.

Elodie Long's Franchise experience leads Longyards growth

in the Franchise path, she has been involved since the

beginning of one of Canada largest Karate franchise schools.

After her business education at College she quickly ventured

into Franchise business operations. She is now full time

vested in the International buildout of Longyards.

Seth Henry

DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE ACQUISITIONS

Seth Henry's main focus is with Longyards acquisitions of off

and on market Industrial Real Estate. Seth oversees the hiring

of VA's, Interns tohelp with daily operations.

Seth facilitates the LOI's, zoning, due diligence, and feasibility

for Longyards locations in targeted markets.

Seth's other passion beyond real estate is his non-profit work.

Since 2017,Seth has been a co-founder at Rural Opportunity

Institute, a small community non-profit focused on supporting

people's healing fromtrauma. Seth manages fundraising, team

building and budgets. He has built a $20 million endowment

for rural community development.

David Leoncavallo

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

David builds franchise systems both nationally and

internationally. He started his career selling travel agency

franchises at the age of 19. He then started thelargest

Franchise Executive Search firm, FranSearch, in 1999, which

became HireArk placing thousands of executives in the

franchise industry.

In 2006, David founded Sopra Capital/Sopra Brands, a multi-

brand franchisor company and investment firm with 10 brands

such as HouseMaster and Teriyaki Stix. He contracted with

over a thousand franchisors over the last 30 years and

completed due diligence on over 900, which makes him well

aware of thestrange and unique ways that franchise systems

succeed and fail.

Along with consulting, David is once again, building a multi-

franchise brand family to utilize his best of the best executives

and best practices to help franchise founders avoid making

the mistakes he has made and seen others make.

He is married to his beautiful wife, Myleen, and they have 7

rambunctious children, who are all arguably, grown-up, and of

course, his pride and joy, beautiful granddaughter.

Scott Myers

LONGYARDS ADVISOR

Scott brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the

table; Scott is one of the leaders in the Self Storage Industry.

He has built several multi-million businesses in real estate and

his self- storage business, with ‘no toilets, tenants, or trash', is

amongst his most successful ventures! Scott is an expert at

teaching others how to grow and scale their self-storage

business, while creating their dream lifestyle for their families.

Scott is also the founder of the successful The Self Storage

Mastermind.

Anthony Prezioso

Corporate Partner

Anthony Prezioso, a first-generation college graduate and

professionally trained dentist, transitioned into

entrepreneurship inspired by his parents' success in building

two businesses from nothing. Following their example, he has

built a diversified portfolio in real estate and equity investing.

In 2005, Anthony acquired and merged two dental practices

but shifted focus to real estate and investment. He has

invested in a range of assets, including college housing,

single-family rentals, commercial real estate, and early-stage

companies, one of which went public, and another was

acquired by American Express.

Anthony also has hands-on experience as a general

contractor, building custom homes, and serves as a general

partner in multiple real estate ventures. He is a partner in a

ground-up multi-family development in New England and

manages a multi-million-dollar private lending business.

Now, Anthony is bringing his extensive experience and

strategic insight to the Longyards model, aiming to leverage

his expertise in real estate development, investment, and

management to further expand and enhance the Longyards

portfolio. His deep understanding of the market and proven

track record make him a valuable asset to the Longyards

team, positioning the company for continued growth and

success.
