Hi, I'm Crystal!
I’ve spent over twenty years in education supporting students in building confidence, strengthening their academic foundation, and showing up as the very best version of themselves. With Master’s Degrees in Curriculum & Instruction and Educational Leadership, and experience teaching, training, and mentoring across multiple districts, I created Level-Up Education to bring clarity, structure, and expert guidance to families navigating private school admissions and test preparation.
I know this process can feel overwhelming. But with the right framework — and the right partnership — it becomes clear, manageable, and genuinely empowering. My work is grounded in high-integrity support, thoughtful strategy, and helping families make decisions from a place of confidence, not confusion.

When should we start preparing for the ISEE?
Earlier than you think. A structured approach allows students to build confidence, strategy, and real academic growth without pressure. Most successful families plan to take the ISEE in May and September, reserving a December date if needed for a specific score. This means test prep should begin in Late January or February.
Do you work with families virtually?
Yes — all of our programs are fully virtual and accessible nationwide.
