The Veterans Thrift Store Bowling Tournament brings together local residents, businesses, and supporters for a fun day of bowling. Presented by KelliWallin.com, the tournament raises funds to benefit the Veterans Thrift Store and its mission to support those who've served our country.
9th Annual Havasu Balloon Festival Golf Tournament
January 17th, 2026
The 9th Annual Havasu Balloon Festival Golf Tournament takes place January 17th, 2026, at Lake Havasu Golf Club. This 4-person scramble supports the Havasu Balloon Festival & Fair and local charities, bringing community partners together for a fun day of golf, prizes, and giving.
The Real Sandbox Show
January 23rd & 24th, 2026
Sara Park Rodeo Grounds
A one-of-a-kind, hands-on event where kids and families can climb into real construction rigs, cranes, haulers, and more. Hosted by the Mohave County Chapter of the American Truck Historical Society (ATHS), this free community event invites future builders to explore the trades.
London Bridge Model Boat Club - Annual Event
January 29th, 30th, 31st, February 1st
Bridgewater Channel
The London Bridge Model Boat Club hosts a competitive model boat racing event featuring high-speed, gas- and electric-powered model boats operated by skilled hobbyists from around the region. Spectators gather along the shoreline to watch these miniature vessels race.

Horsepower by the Lake
February 7, 2026
Havasu Riviera Marina
Revving up at Havasu Riviera Marina on February 7th from 9 AM to 2 PM. This high-energy motorsports showcase brings together powerful cars, boats, off-road rigs, and motorcycles for a day packed with action along the lake. Entry is $20 at the gate, and spectators are free. Guests can enjoy food vendors, check out a variety of vendors, and see impressive builds competing for trophies—all set against the stunning Lake Havasu backdrop.
Havasu Hot Rodz Car Show
February 26-28, 2026
Rotary Park
The Havasu Hot Rodz Car Show welcomes all classic cars 1972 and older. This three-day event features a downtown cruise, garage tours, live music, food vendors, and a Saturday Show & Shine with over 30 awards. More than just a car show—it brings together enthusiasts and the community.

Lake Havasu Boat Show

One of the largest premier boat expos in the Southwest, showcasing a wide array of watercraft, marine accessories, and outdoor lifestyle products. Organized by the Lake Havasu Marine Association, the show supports community initiatives that protect and enhance Lake Havasu City's environment.
Desert Storm

One of the premier performance boating events in the nation, drawing participants and spectators from across the country. With a massive street party, thrilling Parade of Power, and action-packed poker run, Desert Storm showcases the best in boating and community spirit.

Fire on the Water - 4th of July Festival
July 4, 2026
Rotary Park, Lake Havasu City
Fire on the Water lights up Lake Havasu City with a full day of live music, food trucks, vendors, and patriotic fun at Rotary Park. Thousands gather to enjoy vintage car and boat displays and a stunning fireworks show over the lake—a beloved annual tradition.
SEPTEMBER
End of Summer Lake Clean Up

Hosted by the Lake Havasu Marine Association, volunteers and sponsors help keep Lake Havasu City's waterways and shorelines clean. Participants collect debris by land and water, followed by a volunteer celebration with food, awards, and recognition.

Run to the Sun

Lake Havasu City's premier classic car event, hosted by the Relics and Rods Car Club. Hundreds of stunning vintage vehicles line the golf course for a multi-day celebration. Proceeds support local non-profit organizations, making it a tradition that gives back to the community.
