First things first, let’s get clear on your buying power! A quick chat with a licensed lender will help you lock in the right price range. They’ll look at your income and credit history to get you pre-approved, so you’ll know exactly what you’re working with. Plus, having that pre-approval letter in hand makes your offer stand out. When we work together, I’ll also connect you with a few trusted local lenders my clients love working with.

I’ll create a custom home search just for you, including my specialty: off-market listings, coming-soons, and other hidden gems! As your REALTOR® (and real estate BFF!), I’ll be on the lookout for homes that match your lifestyle, and when you find a place you love, we’ll set up a tour to check it out in person!

When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll help craft a strong, strategic offer and handle the paperwork for you. We’ll cover everything from price to closing date, contingencies, and any terms that suit your needs. I’m here to make sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way. HOW IT WORKS
If your offer is accepted… congrats! You’ll be officially under contract. While the sale won’t be final until closing, the home is reserved for you while the contract is in effect. Next, it’ll be time to make an earnest money deposit and secure your mortgage. There are tons of loan options out there, so working with a lender you trust is key to finding the best fit for you!
A home inspection is a must! The inspection gives you a clear picture of your future home’s condition. A licensed home inspector will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the entire property and report any problems with the condition of the home's structure or systems.
Your lender will set up a professional appraisal for the home. The appraiser is a third-party expert who will assess its true market value to keep everything fair and square. If the home appraises for less than expected, no worries! You may have the chance to renegotiate or even step back from the contract if needed.
Before closing, we’ll do a final walkthrough to make sure all agreed upon repairs are done and the home’s condition matches what we expected. This is your last chance to flag any issues before sealing the deal!
