The Story Behind CJPT

After years coaching in soulless commercial gyms, I saw too many people walking in circles — no plan, no progress, just ticking the box.
Then came the boutique bootcamps — all hype and tech, but behind the vibes were people burning out, overtraining, and constantly starting over.

I knew there had to be a smarter way.

CJPT was built from my passion for real results — using proven science and professional training systems to help everyday people actually thrive.


I’ve lived it myself: no extreme goals, just a drive to be strong, fit, and still live fully. Training and life should work together, not compete.

My mission is simple: help women build capable, confident bodies that not only look incredible but perform for life.
