The Artful Circle Story
Artful Circle was founded in 2013 by the expert team of Franklin Hill Perrell and Debbie Wells. Art-lovers from all over the world can now enjoy original presentations and entertaining banter on all things art from the current art scene to art history and other artful topics.
About
Franklin Hill Perrell
As former Chief Curator at the Nassau County Museum of Art on Long Island, Franklin Hill Perrell has a finely tuned background in art history through the ages to contemporary art. His longtime connections with gallerists and artists enable us to bring our members an insider's perspective. His passion for art is always evident with his uniquely charming, yet approachable manner.
Perrell is a graduate of Hofstra University and a talented painter and writer. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Heckscher Museum in Huntington, New York and Bermuda National Gallery in Bermuda.

Debbie Wells
Debbie Wells is an award-winning graphic designer, photographer, muralist and painter. She researches and personally designs Artful Circle's virtual presentations, and lectures alongside Franklin Hill Perrell. She also serves as the co-curator for museum and gallery exhibitions with Franklin. She is also responsible for all Artful Circle’s marketing and communications.
A graduate of Parsons School of Design, Wells is the Past President of the Art League of Long Island and an active Artist Member of the Salmagundi Club in NYC.
