I grew up as a missionary kid, living in India and Australia before most people my age had ever left their hometown. Those years taught me something that no real estate school ever could: how to genuinely connect with people from every background, every story, every chapter of life. It's the skill I'm most proud of, and the one my clients feel from day one.

When I landed in Kansas City, I threw myself into retail leadership, building and running high-performing stores right here in the city I now call home. I loved the hustle, the people, the problem-solving under pressure. But then I went through my own home buying experience here in KC. And it was not great. I felt like a transaction, not a person. I felt rushed, confused, and honestly a little taken advantage of.

That experience changed everything.

I got my license because I knew there was a better way, and I wanted to be it. I founded Volonnino Group to be the partner I wished I'd had. Someone who manages every detail, anticipates every problem, and never once makes you feel like you're on your own.
