I built Legacy Investor for people who want to learn real estate from someone who actually does it.
I’m a real estate developer, investor, operator, and educator with over 20 years of experience building companies from the ground up—literally. I started my first real estate business at 20 years old with no outside capital, working in construction and swinging a hammer long before I ever closed large deals or raised investor funds. That hands-on foundation shaped how I operate and how I teach today: disciplined, detail-oriented, and relentlessly focused on execution, risk management, and long-term value—not hype.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve closed more than 1,000 real estate transactions, sold over $100 million in real estate, and coached more than 1,000 investors and entrepreneurs. I’ve worked in every part of the business—from construction and underwriting to development, capital raising, and systems creation—giving my students a level of insight that can’t be learned from books, courses, or theory alone.
