Optimizing Profits offers a range of services including but not limited to:

Profit Flywheel Membership ($37/month)

Done-For-You (DFY) Services

Free Private Facebook Group

Access to our Free Private Facebook Group is subject to approval and community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates community standards, engages in spam, or behaves inappropriately. Membership is free and can be revoked at any time at our discretion.

Profit Flywheel Membership

Pricing and Billing

The Profit Flywheel Membership is billed at $37 per month. Payments are processed automatically on the same day each month unless canceled. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

Access and Content

Members receive access to monthly guides, playbooks, templates, live sessions, and community features. All content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Tiered Packages

Tier 1: Foundations Package ($1,475)

4-week program. Payment is due in full upon enrollment or via agreed payment plan. Services include Business Clarity Session, Revenue Snapshot, and Workflow Starter Kit.

Tier 2: Growth Package ($2,475)

8-week program. Payment is due in full upon enrollment or via agreed payment plan. Services include Client Journey & Workflow Optimization, Revenue Engine Development, and Operational Playbook.

Tier 3: Clarity-to-Cash Signature Package ($6,775)

12-week program. Payment is due in full upon enrollment or via agreed payment plan. Comprehensive services including Full Client Journey & Revenue Mapping, Workflow Automation & Team Alignment, Expansion & Referral Engine, and Future-Proof Scaling.

Refund Policy for Tiered Packages

All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if no services have been delivered. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Premium Services

Premium Services include:

Executive Business Transformation ($7,775)

Client Lifetime Value Maximizer ($9,475)

Full-Service Revenue Engine ($14,750)

Signature Advisory & Coaching ($24,750)

Terms for Premium Services are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment schedules, deliverables, timelines, and cancellation policies will be specified in your signed agreement.

Done-For-You (DFY) Services

DFY Services are quoted individually based on scope and requirements. Payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and revisions will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work. All DFY work is custom and non-refundable once work has commenced.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful outcomes, clients are expected to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Respond to communications in a timely manner

Participate actively in scheduled sessions and activities

Implement recommended strategies and action plans

Provide necessary access to business systems and data as required

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact results and does not constitute grounds for refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, frameworks, and resources provided by Optimizing Profits are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your own business purposes. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials

Modify or create derivative works

Share access to membership content with non-members

Use our content to compete with us or create similar services

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Guaranteed Results: While we strive to provide valuable guidance and strategies, we cannot guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or outcomes. Success depends on many factors including but not limited to market conditions, industry dynamics, client implementation, and external circumstances.

Professional Advice: Our services provide business consulting and coaching. We are not accountants, lawyers, or financial advisors. You should seek appropriate professional advice for legal, tax, and financial matters.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimizing Profits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose your business details without permission, except as required by law. Clients are similarly expected to maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods, frameworks, and materials shared during our engagement.

Testimonials and Case Studies

By using our services, you grant us permission to use your business name, testimonials, and results (anonymized if preferred) in marketing materials, case studies, and promotional content unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made via approved payment methods. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees. Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of billing.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, you must cease use of all materials and content provided.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
