Why food isn’t fully included:
Thailand offers an incredible range of affordable options, and everyone has different tastes and needs. This allows you the freedom to eat where—and how—you prefer.
The Thailand retreat is offered as a travel-based experience rather than a structured spiritual program. It’s an invitation into exploration, culture, nature, and shared adventure—moving through new landscapes with curiosity and openness. While moments of reflection or personal insight may arise naturally, there is no set spiritual itinerary or ceremonial focus. This retreat is about presence, connection, and experiencing Thailand as it is—allowing each participant to engage in a way that feels genuine and self-directed.
This journey moves through northern Thailand and the southern coast, balancing exploration, rest, and shared experience. Participation in activities is always optional. You’re welcome to do more, or less.

Chiang Mai offers a rich blend of culture, creativity, and ease. During our time here, you’ll have space to explore at your own rhythm—joining a monk chat, visiting temples, taking a Thai cooking class, or receiving a traditional massage or spa treatment. Wander local markets, including the well-known Sunday Night Market. Relax by the pool. Shop. Enjoy abundant, fresh, and flavourful Thai food. For those who feel drawn, a traditional Sak Yant tattoo is also an option.
This part of the journey is about water, movement, and rest. Spend your days enjoying the beach, snorkeling or scuba diving, taking island day trips, or trying rock climbing. You can rent a kayak, explore nearby temples, receive a massage, shop, or simply slow down and take in the scenery. There’s plenty to do—and no expectation to do it all.
