Pipelines / Opportunities

The Opportunities Tab—specifically the Pipeline view—is what organizes your sales process from start to finish. Every lead should be moved through your solar pipeline, from “New Lead” in the calling pipeline or "set appointment" to the end goal which is the “Closed" stage in the appointments pipeline. This makes it easy to see who’s ready for a follow-up, who’s waiting on an appointment, and which deals are close to closing. Alongside that, make full use of Tasks to set reminders for follow-ups or calls and Notes to capture important lead details. These small actions ensure you never miss opportunities and that every team member has the full picture of what’s happening. When you consistently use all tabs (conversations tab, contacts, and pipelines) together, you’ll have a clear, repeatable system that keeps your daily workflow organized.
