We do not offer a Family Discount. We do however offer a first responder/military discount for the 24/7 access.
Simply call the business line (860-701-9111) and relay your intentions either person to person or via voicemail for a 30 day notice of cancellation and a staff member will confirm it with you either on the phone or over voicemail
We will using a virtual app called HybridAF that will grant you 24/7 access through the 24/7 Door as long as your membership is up to date.
Simply come to or call the gym and make certain your membership is current and your location id code is correct. We will be there to help through any issues.
With a 24/7 membership you are allowed to try a single Rise Up class, after that changing memberships is as simple as a call and a talk.

Yes, Waterford Fitness DOES have free Wifi, simply ask a staff member which Wifi to use and for the password.
Yes children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at the time of signing up and children under 13 must be accompanied at all times.
You will automatically be billed once a month by Waterford Fitness until your membership is canceled or if you are on a per session membership.
Updating your payment information is as simple as calling the gym (860-701-9111) or speaking with a staff member during staffed hours (5AM-7PM)
Your membership will automatically renew until the gym is notified by a member of their intent to cancel via phone call.
