• In partnership with Restoration, we conducted benchmarking exercises and an "Employer Needs Assessment."

• Our comprehensive employer outreach involved dialogue with over 25 key stakeholders from both emerging and established tech companies.

• We delved deep into the landscape of middle-income, in-demand entry-level jobs, focusing on the skills, competencies, and work experiences that employers currently seek and anticipate needing in the future.

• Leveraging labor market intelligence, we enriched our insights through analytics platforms such as EMSI and Burning Glass, further enhancing our understanding of employment trends.
