Course Description: The BLS Providers course teaches CPR skills for helping victims of all ages, including providing ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device with oxygen, and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED); and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction. Course Description: This course is designed for Teachers, Coaches, Babysitters, Construction workers, and the general public. More than 12,000 children ages 0-to-19 die from accidental injuries each year, and more than 9.2 million are treated in the ER for nonfatal injuries, according to the Centers for Disease control. Those frightening statistics are overwhelming for both child care providers and parents alike who want to keep their children safe and healthy. That’s why the American Heart Association created its new online course. Combined with skills practice and testing, this course teaches skills that could save a life.
The Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Online Course is designed to meet the training needs of child care providers in almost all U.S states while also being a comprehensive resource for parents, grandparents, teachers, babysitters or anyone responsible for the safety of children. Combining online and hands-on skill components, this one-stop-shop course teaches child care providers and parents critical first aid skills, ranging from how to create a safe environment to preventing injuries in the first place, to lifesaving CPR.

Course Description: The AHA Friends and Family CPR course teaches essential CPR skills for responding to emergencies. Participants will learn how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and provide choking relief. This non-certification course is designed for anyone who wants to learn CPR and first aid techniques but does not need official certification. Ideal for parents, teachers, coaches, and others who want to be prepared in an emergency.

Course Description: The Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens course teaches students how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials. This course is designed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific instruction.
Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).
Who should take this course?: The AHA Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Course is designed for anyone with a reasonable chance of coming into contact with bloodborne pathogens such as: Correctional Officers, Childcare workers, Security guards, Maintenance workers, School personnel, Hotel housekeepers, Health and fitness club staff, and Tattoo artists.
What does this course teach? Course Description: Students learn how to recognize a life-threatening emergency, how to provide basic life support and what to do in case of an airway obstruction or choking. ASHI’s Basic Life Support, BLS course for Healthcare Providers and Professional Rescuers has been approved for training for Emergency Medical Services personnel and is accepted by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).
Perfect For Individuals in the healthcare or professional rescuer field that are required to have professional-level basic life support training.

Course Description: The ASHI Advanced First Aid course is designed for the person who needs or desires more first aid training than Basic First Aid, but not to the level of Emergency Medical Response. Perfect for corporate emergency response teams, this 17-21 hour Advanced First Aid certification course presents many of the most common illnesses and injuries responders are likely to encounter.
Intended Audience: This Advanced First Aid training course is designed for non-EMS responders including government, corporate, industry, lifeguards, security personnel, law enforcement, corrections personnel, and other individuals who are not EMS or healthcare providers, but desire or require certification in Advanced First Aid.
Prerequisites: Current, valid professional-level BLS certification (Basic Life Support). May be incorporated/conducted in conjunction with the AFA program as needed.
Required for Successful Completion: Written Evaluation- Required; Skills Evaluation- Students must perform required skills competently without assistance.
Successful completion is based on achievement of the core learning objectives rather than a prescribed instruction time.

Course Description: The new Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from ASHI gives teenagers and young adults everything they need to know for safe and successful babysitting. Course Description: ASHI’s Bloodborne Pathogens training program includes information that will help students understand what bloodborne pathogens are and how risks of exposure can be reduced for themselves and others. This bloodborne pathogens certification course assists in satisfying the training requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030).
Intended Audience: ASHI’s Bloodborne Pathogens course is ideal for any individual or employee who has a reasonable anticipation of contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials as a result of performing designated job duties.

Course Description:ASHI’s Wilderness First Aid course is designed to provide outdoor enthusiasts, hikers, campers, and professionals with the skills needed to respond to medical emergencies in remote environments. This comprehensive training covers essential first aid techniques, injury management, and environmental health risks specific to wilderness settings. The course includes practical, hands-on training, ensuring students are prepared to handle real-world emergencies when professional help is not immediately available.
Upon completion, students will gain the knowledge and confidence to manage common injuries, illnesses, and environmental hazards, such as heat exhaustion, hypothermia, and altitude sickness, while mastering safe evacuation methods.
Intended Audience: ASHI’s Wilderness First Aid course is ideal for anyone who participates in outdoor activities or works in remote or wilderness areas, including hikers, campers, outdoor guides, and adventure instructors. It is also recommended for individuals who need basic first aid training for outdoor or recreational environments.
