We stand behind our products and services with a 7-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your product or starting your service.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return and refund:

The request must be made within 7 days of purchase/service initiation. Products must be in their original condition. Digital products must not have been downloaded or accessed beyond initial viewing. Services must not have been utilized beyond initial consultation. All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included. Proof of purchase must be provided


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products. Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed extensively. Services that have been substantially delivered or completed. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase. Gift cards and promotional credits


Return Process

Contact our customer service department within 7 days of receipt. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Complete the return form provided. Package the item securely with all original materials. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method


Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The original payment method will be refunded. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect. The item was defective. The item was damaged during shipping


Shipping Costs


Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of defect or error. For defective items or shipping errors, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 7-day period. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us immediately with photos of the damageDo not attempt to use a damaged product. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense. A replacement will be shipped once the damaged item is received

After the 7-Day Period


Returns are not accepted after the 7-day period has expired. Warranty claims may still be valid according to manufacturer termsExceptions may be made for defective products covered under warranty
