Flake Chip Floor System
How we build a clean, durable, slip-resistant floor that lasts.

Mechanical Grind Prep
Concrete is diamond-ground to open the pores, remove contaminants, and create the proper surface profile for adhesion.

Crack & Surface Repair
Cracks, joints, and minor imperfections are repaired to create a smooth substrate.

Moisture Vapor Barrier (MVB) Base Coat
A moisture-mitigating epoxy base coat is applied to protect against vapor transmission and ensure long-term adhesion.

Full Broadcast Flake Application
Decorative vinyl flakes are broadcast to rejection (100% coverage) into the wet base coat.

Scrape & Vacuum
Once cured, excess flakes are scraped and vacuumed to create a uniform surface.

Protective Topcoats
Clear polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoats are applied to seal the system, add UV stability, and provide durability and slip resistance.
