Framing That Exceeds Expectations

A truly great customer experience. I had my parents coming to visit from the UK and was after a few canvas prints though had a little over 2 weeks to sort. I initially spoke over the phone before coming in the store to discuss options with Glen. Glen took the time to talk through options and some recommendations. He asked which one to prioritise for their arrival though I was pleasantly surprised to have all 3 prints ready in the tight timeline. Great craftsmanship, attention to detail and service - even helping load my car to ensure no damage would occur in transit. Will definitely recommend and come again.

They made some custom-sized mat boards for me while I waited, and it looks as great as I expected. Friendly staff, too, who were willing to teach me about things like the overlap needed when framing items with mat boards, and the need for foam cores for thicker items. (Just the mat boards were from them. They can make nicer frames than these -- these frames I got elsewhere.)

I was not wrong. I have since had several of my paintings framed by them, with every job being of outstanding quality.
