• Using and IVR to forward the call is the only way around not having a forwarding number in the Configuration
• Just put 5555555555 in the Configuration field and that will tell the system you want to accept calls this also has the effect of dropping any call that does not have a call group
• For RVM / Voice Broadcast you will need a minimum of 2 Phone numbers (Selected to fire campaign) for every 4000 successful sent contacts a day for maximum results
• For TEXT you will need a Phone number (Selected to fire campaign) for every 200 successful sent contacts a day for maximum results (Example: 1000 contacts to send you will need a minimum of 5 numbers selected)
