About Classes & Workshops
Posh Lash trainings are held in small groups, with no more than 4 students per class, or at an exclusive private training. We teach Classic Foundations and Volume Lashes in two separate courses because lashing is an extremely detailed skill that takes building of motor skills along with in-depth understanding and practice. All classes provide hands-on live models, kit, and certificate of completion.
Our Classic Foundations course is a comprehensive and hands-on class. You will learn the in-depth foundations of eyelash extensions including but not limited to: cleansing, prepping the lashes, proper isolation, eye anatomy, corrective placement, allergies vs. reactions, eye and health safety, taping techniques, troubleshooting, and taking marketing photos.
Our Volume Lashes course is tailored for the dedicated and experienced lash artist who has mastered our Classic Foundations class and is ready to advance personal lashing skills with new and advanced techniques. Learn multiple ways of volume fan making, advanced styling, speed tips and tricks, and client retention. Our goal is to have you leaving confident and ready to start your new career.

Is Posh Lash an accredited school?
No. Posh Lash provides ongoing training for already licensed estheticians and cosmetologists and students to hone their skill set. Posh Lash classes are recognized as a gold-standard by industry peers and hiring managers. A certificate of completion is provided upon successful participation in class.
I am currently an enrolled student in an aesthetics or cosmetology school. Can I take your class?
Yes, esthetic and cosmetology students are eligible for our classes, however we do require documentation of your current enrollment status and how many hours to date you have completed.
