Term Sheet Battle came to Berlin for the first time, sponsored by the Startupbootcamp Berlin organization. Local startup entrepreneur Magdalena Boettger (Look Mommy!) stepped up, without the assistance of a lawyer at her side, to face seasoned VC Bernhard Schmid (Partner at XAnge Private Equity). it proved to be a tough battle for the entrepreneur, as the VC stood firm with "industry standard" points/arguments.
