We have over 38 classes a week. We run sessions daily monday through friday and mornings on Saturday. We offer early mornings so you can get back before the school run or work, Mid morning and evenings with sessions between 5-8pm. We've been running for over a decade and have designed our schedule to fit with the busy lifestyles our clients lead.
Yes absolutely! We'd always advise you consult with your GP or Physio first if it's anything you feel needs medical attention but we can (and frequently do) adjust exercises to each individual based on injuries and fitness levels - you will be coached and encouraged 100% of the way.
You'll never feel lost on a BTF session, and you'll certainly leave with a smile on your face!
No! We specilaise in helping clients who may be completely new to regular exercise. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get leaner, fitter and stronger on your 28-day challenge. All of our clients started right where you are now. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
Of course every individual is different, your goal may be weight loss focussed or simply getting leaner. Typically our new clients drop 8-14lbs or 1 clothes size / belt loop in just 28 Days so if you're prepared to work with us and can commit to 2-3 sessions a week and make some adjustments to your nutrition, we'll make sure you're on a plan to make that happen.
Even more importantly you'll feel energised, more confident, fitter, healthier and happier!
To be totally transparent - we hope you stick with us on a longer term plan to make sure you not only reach your goals but STAY THERE but it's entirely up to you!
You can achive alot in 28-days but time and time again we know that most importantly building good habits for life takes a longer term focus. As your 28-days nears the end, one of our coaches will take the time to sit down with you 1-2-1 to disscuss your long term goals and show you some options for our membership programmes.
