Our AI specialists are hands-on team members who build and train AI tools to function like real restaurant staff.
This includes:

This is a real, trained person — not just software. Your assigned AI specialist works remotely but directly for your restaurant. They build, train, and manage the AI automations that help your operations run more smoothly and efficiently.
We use whatever works best for your team — usually Slack, email, or shared dashboards. Your specialist is available during scheduled hours and stays in close contact throughout to ensure smooth coordination.
How much does it cost?
Our AI specialists are available for $5 to $20 per hour, depending on your restaurant’s needs and the complexity of the systems being implemented. There are no contracts or hidden fees — you simply pay for the time you use.
Do we need to install special software?
We provide access to our custom-built automation platform completely free while your RestaurantVA AI specialist is working with you. It integrates with many tools and systems and handles reservations, messages, reminders, and order workflows.
If you decide to stop working with your RestaurantVA specialist but want to keep using the workflows and systems we’ve built, the software is available for just $150/month.
No problem — you’re never locked in. If something’s not working, we’ll reassign your specialist or make adjustments to better support your clinic.
We call it our “Feed the Community” initiative — and if you’d like to know which local food banks or community kitchens we support, we’re happy to share that anytime.
We’ll send a quick, no-obligation agreement and a short intake form to learn more about your restaurant. Once we understand your needs, we’ll assign the right specialist and schedule your kickoff.
