1. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from TR Car Rentals LLC, you must:

Be at least 21 years old

Possess a valid driver’s license

Provide a valid credit/debit card

Present proof of insurance, if required

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual not meeting these criteria.

2. Booking and Payment

A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.

Full payment is due before or upon vehicle pickup unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start time may be eligible for a full refund.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the rental amount.

4. Vehicle Use

By renting a vehicle, you agree to:

Operate the vehicle responsibly and obey all traffic laws

Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes, racing, or towing

Return the vehicle in the same condition as received

Smoking and transporting pets in vehicles is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when picked up.

Refueling charges may apply if the tank is returned lower than the original level.
